Westmount Cubs and Beavers prepared decorations for our "Scouts Canada" tree at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Visitors can view the collection of trees free of charge throughout the holiday season (www.mmfa.qc.ca) as part of the annual display of Community Christmas Trees.

Local Scout groups are raising funds once again this year by selling Christmas trees and wreaths. Trees are balsam fir, any size(4' to 11')$40. Wreaths are $25. Trees will be delivered to Mountainside United Church (Lansdowne & the Boulevard) and can be picked up the evening of Nov 30 or Saturday morning Dec 1. Local delivery is available for a fee of $10. Profits from the sales will go to support youth activities, in particular the Canadian Jamboree in Alberta next summer.
Trees and wreaths must be pre-ordered so if you are interested contact us by Nov 23.

Adult members of the Stoney Point Scouting groups are invited to attend an information evening at Victoria Hall, 4626 Sherbrooke W (corner Lansdowne) in the Club Room on Monday, November 19 from 8 pm to 9:30 pm. Refreshments will be served.
