Westmount Park and 2nd Westmount Cubs are going to Camp Jackson Dodds (near Tamaracouta) for this year’s Stoney Point - Dorval Spring Cub Camp.

This event is held annually and all members of Westmount Park Scout Group are expected to attend. Family and friends are invited as well. This is a potluck supper and parents are requested to provide a dish.

Moving-up ceremonies (Beavers to Cubs, and Cubs to Scouts) will take place at the start.

Members of Stoney Point Scouting are invited to come with their families and friends to an evening of fun at the Westmount Pool on Thursday, July 8. There will be games, prizes and snacks as well as the chance for Cubs to earn their Swimming Badge. Event is held RAIN OR SHINE!

Scouts Westmount is holding its 13th annual Scout-a-thon on Sunday, May 2nd. Registration starts at 9:15am. During the Scout-a-thon, the youths follow a specified route in Westmount Park by either biking, roller-blading, running, or walking during a two hour period. The youths collect pledges for their efforts. The event ends with a hotdog lunch for all participants and family members.

In addition to the traditional challenge described above, participants will also have to complete an obstacle course which will be organized by the Venturers. Looking forward to seeing you there.
