2ND Westmount Scout Group invites all its members and families and friends to the annual banquet that marks the end of the weekly meetings at Mountainside United Church on Wednesday June 12. Leaders will be distributing details about this pot luck dinner. There will be awards, entertainment and prizes. For more information speak to your leader.

Westmount Park Beavers have been keeping busy with alot of fun activities.

This event is held annually and marks the end of the weekly scouting meetings. All members of Westmount Park Scout Group are expected to attend with their families.

This is a potluck supper and to simplify the organization of the event, parents are requested to provide a dish as follows:

BEAVERS are asked to bring salad, appetizer, or side dish.
CUBS are asked to bring a main dish.
SCOUTS are asked to bring dessert.

ALL FOOD MUST BE READY TO SERVE. There is no micro-wave at the church. Arrange the food on a serving plate and provide serving utensils, such as large spoons, knives. Please pre-cut into individual serving size.

Parents are asked to help out with setting up the hall, organizing the buffet, and clean-up at the end.

Moving-up ceremonies (Beavers to Cubs, Cubs to Scouts, Scouts to Venturers) will take place at the start.
